Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase and we do hope that you are happy with your purchase. If, however, your product is faulty, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. A change of heart is not a legal reason to return a product and we will unfortunately not be able to refund a “buyer’s remorse” product.
Returns
You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Return Process
To return an item, please email admin@roscoetac.co.za with a reason for your request for a return and refund or exchange.
For defective or damaged products, please include photos.
After you notified us of the return, place the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you make use of a trackable method (Postnet or a reputable courier services) to send your parcel.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 2 (two) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange.
If the product was purchased through a 3rd party payment plan, we will process a refund request to the 3rd party.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
Warranties
Warranty of products are subject to intended use as stipulated by manufacturer. Abuse of products does not validate warranty.
